Meet Meritt
What’s up Y’all!?
I’m Meritt, the Creator of Cue the New You, where I help women reconnect with themselves, their identities, and their habits so they can feel more like themselves again. Because let’s be real, we are tired of living in that stressed, stretched-too-thin version of ourselves we’ve just been surviving as.
I know what it’s like to feel out of alignment: physically, emotionally, and mentally. For years, I struggled with body image, low self-worth and self-esteem, and the kind of mom guilt that eats you alive. I felt helpless, stuck in patterns that didn’t serve me, and disconnected from who I really was.
It took a toll on my marriage, my mental health, my parenting, and my joy.
I wanted to feel different… but I didn’t know how to be/feel different.
After years of trial and error, I discovered life coaching through a podcast of all things, and it literally blew my mind. And I have a psychology degree! But for the first time, I wasn’t just treating symptoms, I was starting heal, think differently, and feel differently. And that’s when everything started to change.
True wellness isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
It’s the confidence to take up space, the clarity to make decisions, and the courage to rewrite your story and to start living the life you want to live.
With a background in psychology, life coaching, mindfulness, and personal development, I help women:
Rebuild a healthy, respectful relationship with their bodies
Let go of guilt, shame, and comparison
Help you get through a divorce
Help you make a comeback to your life in the best way possible
Create habits that reflect who they are becoming — not who they’ve been!
